I’ve got one that did that. I haven’t taken the time to call Pemberton and bitch about it yet.

I briefly looked at mine with the intention of doing just that but the operation may kill the patient.

My local TM/small engine/pressure washer/ all around repair guy says he’s got 15 or so Dri Pods in for repair. He told me that the main bearing is plastic, and the over all quality is junk. Manufactured in China.
He said when the manufacturing moved to China, you may aswell assume they are going to break…
Sign of the times, isn’t this the American way?
Start a company, build a quality product, then, when you grow said company, move the manufacturing to a third world country, and charge more for the product…
It’s the American dream.

Nobody outside the USA gives a shit about ‘Made In The USA’.

I avoid these products, and have for 25-30 years…

Cause it’s BULLSHIT!!!!

Have you bought an American made car lately? They’re junk.
No, and I wouldn’t.
I’ve owned all big 3 AMERICAN manufacturers over the last 30 years.
American manufacturers produce shit vehicles.
ALL MY PERSONAL VEHICLES ARE JAPANESE.

Unfortunately, my work van is a Chevrolet, and yes, ITS JUNK….
I’ve never had an issue with my personal vehicles since switching to Toyota.
I turn the key, they start, I drive…

Maybe with tariffs coming Canada will allow the Toyota Hi Ace into Canada. Great vans available with low roof, medium or high. Longer wheel bases with dual wheels if you want. In Australia, they install Hydramaster 4.8 cds in them.

The made in USA doesn't mean made in the USA anymore. Not like it use too.

When I was on vacation in Mexico last spring, all the hotel transportation vehicles are 1 ton Toyota Hiace vans. Roomy, smooth ride, and quiet.

You know mine are too. Honda. Rented a Toyota Sienna hybrid on vacation this past summer, and it was awesome. Like a Honda.
Have the Chevy for my truckmount, and since I don’t use it much, it’s just OK. 42k miles and it’s a 16🤷🏼‍♂️

When I was in the Bahamas last time, same thing. Toyota Hiace or Mitsubishi Delicas. Beautiful vans. The Toyotas now have a 2.8 liter 4 cylinder diesel. Lots of torque and fuel efficient.

We have a Toyota Highlander, It's a great vehicle. I didn't think a 4 cylinder would haul the big body around but it has enough and lots to spare. Got a Chevy Malibu for the grocery getter.
