Are they really that much different then a homeowners policy?
These are some of the line items that they supposivly will not cover.
1 Extracting of wet carpet that is being tossed.
2 Washing remaining walls.
3 Removal of quarry tile that is sitting on water.
4 Decontamination of drying equipment.
5 Monitoring drying equipment.
6 Air scrubber
Ranch style home that sits on a slab. Home sat with a foot of water for a week.
