Not much to pick apart. Great marketing. Being certified by the Athsma organization is an extra level of trust. I actually didn't see a vacuum cleaner but im sure they use one. Sometimes. They don't do anything different than most cleaners except tell a good story. The fly in the ointment is always the staff. Getting your staff well trained and giving them the time to do a proper job is key.
