Tile/grout clean/seal lead in Pleasanton CA

not a big job (250 sq ft). It's the mother in law of a custy of mine that saw the results of the job I did last week. Taping of baseboards and sealing grout by hand required, since he explained my process to his mom. if interested let me know

why tape the baseboards?


Water damage? Scratches?
Did you learn that from Dane Gregory?
you stand more of a chance that the blue tape peals paint then if you just wipe as you go IMO

water getting under the boards...scuffs...cleaning edges effectively...etc are u serious? it doesn't take off the paint, if u pull before wiping then drying and no i don't listen to Dane Gregory...

you could talk all the smack u want, but your work better back up your talk because she wants it to look EXACTLY like the job i did so the pressure is on champ :mrgreen:
