What percent do you spend on your chemicals? 5%? 10%?

from recent sudies that I've heard they say chem costs should be roughly 2-4% of your costs.

Right now we are at 1.70% if I'm reading my budget right. That was before we started pushing the protector hard.

As of today the cleaning and restoration chems are 1.1% of sale.

I also have a category of shop supplies which can encompass just about anything from common cleaning chemicals you would find in at the grocery stores, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent.
It's 2.2% of sale
