Mike’s e-mtb had some mechanicals. He instead road his gravel bike and kept up as best as possible. What a trooper. A great day. Most interesting ride of the year. Rode
the actual trail the wagons took in the 1840s as well as through a train snow shed.

1984 1/2 evo by Harley. Not an AMC my friend. I’ll never forget those French tourist in Death Valley flocking around my classic MC while you sad nerdy BMW boys watched with envy.
they were fascinated by the steam coming off the tires
