I donno, Jeff.
I'm just a dumb redneck, but wouldn't it be easier than hauling a Cimex downstairs and then back upstairs to finish?

it doesn't have to be an open bucket either

Nope. I fill 4 to 5 times. The cimex has wheels and holds 6.6 gallons vs 5 gallons. I could use my wide service bag with wheels to haul 2 jugs. But, knowing the cimex and looking at those spouts, filling will be a pain. I could rig up a funnel etc, but now I am hauling too much equipment to actually save time. I respect you idea, but it just is not a viable option for me.

Thanks for calling today Jeff.

You are THE perfect candidate for a PHX.

Put the encap solution in after the water. Then it’s not as bad.
Often you have already brought premixed solution with you. The best option with a Cimex is if you have a sink available, bring a hose and put it in the tank down to the bottom.

I use the heater and bucket with a spout to fill my Orbot Vibe.. I like to start with very hot water, then let the bucket heater heat up while cleaning.. To each their own..

I haven't taken a Cimex on a job in awhile.. I prefer to absorb/"padcap" some of the soil instead or straight encap..
