Serv Pro here in town rented a condo for 3 months so far and he said he has no plans of bringing them back anytime soon it sounds like.

We spent 3 1/2 weeks down there. What is left you will need hammer and nails to fix. We did get a call to look at a few jobs already for lawers. Companys coming in gutting the house one day, presure washing on day two, and putting in sheet rock on day three. Guess what comes next.
