How do you basically clean a mattress especially if a pet peed on it in several areas?
I myself think it's freaking gross to have to sleep on a mattress that someone peed on human or pet.
Doesn't the urine get down into the padding and into the springs etc?

I once had a guy who wanted me to clean his mattress that was in storage because mice got in and left their pellet shit pieces all over it.
I told him no.

Yes, of course, urine “gets down into the padding” 🙄 However, it’s the customers call to make. Your responsibility is to communicate the facts of the situation and let her decide. It’s no different than cleaning upholstery with urine spots.

We apply copious amounts of either enzymes or cl02, clean the fabric and let the customer know we can't clean the stuffing.

My sister died a few years ago and she had a premium mattress with urine stains. I took some enzyme deo from pet smart and poured it on and then left it several days. Then started with undiluted 40 volume and sprayed the top. Came back the next day and decided to spray some clorox on the stains. That worked and youngest junior sleeps on it to this day. Of course he doesn't know what I did and doesn't know his DED aunt slept on it : )

All that unnecessary work when all you would have to do was prespray it with Bio-8 10 minutes before extraction.
