I'm not sure I follow:

1. Is it that her "man" husband/boyfriend etc, she found after 53 years is good in most respects, but not exactly "handy andy" around the house?

2. Or do you mean she has been going from one loser "service provider" to another and finally St Michael has arrived in a ray of sunshine and a choir of angels and she now realizes how inadequately she's been treated till now?

I had a crying day today. Husband sent me shopping. Only for pants, socks, and underwear, but still. I drove 45 minutes to the outlet mall near here that said they’d be open but all 4 of the stores I needed to go to were closed.
